Findings from DDI's latest leadership study 'Lessons for Leaders' provides evidence of the huge productivity gains that businesses can make by creating better leaders.  Employees who took part in the study, estimate that the increase in productivity is equal to a whole extra person for every two to three poeple managed by their 'best-ever' leader.
