Steve Newhall is Vice President Sales, Development Dimensions International (DDI) Europe and Managing Director of DDI UK.
Steve is responsible for leading and managing DDI’s UK operation. Additionally, he heads up European sales and business development function.
Steve supports clients across all of components of talent management, specialising in the early identification of leaders, succession and talent management and large-scale selection programmes. Clients that Steve has worked with include Citigroup, Nissan, Panasonic, Philips, Rolls-Royce and Shell. Steve also provides executive coaching and has coached an Olympic gold medalist as well as a number of senior business executives around the world.

- Steve has spoken at numerous internal and external events including: Benchmark for Business series of Management conferences; CIPD’s Leadership Conference; Economist Leadership & Talent Management Roundtable Events; Richmond Events HR Forum; IOD Directors’ Forum; IQPC European Human Capital Event; and the IBDG HR Directors Forum.

Career Highlights
- Previously Account Director and Business Development Manager, DDI UK, before becoming DDI UK Managing Director in 2002.
- Prior to joining DDI, Steve worked for Inlingua, the world’s largest chain of language schools. He has extensive experience of working abroad, including year-long periods lecturing at the University of Texas, USA, and in Spain.
